What is MBE style?

The original creator of MBE style is a French designer MBE, who released it on the dribbble website at the end of 2015. MBE style evolved from wireframe Q-version cartoon drawings. The design uses larger and bolder strokes. Compared to flat-style illustrations without strokes, it removes unnecessary color block differentiations inside, making it more concise, universal, and recognizable. The bold strokes create a clear separation and highlight the content, simplifying complexity. All icons and works of this type are referred to as MBE style.
